This is just California proving they can mess with you. Bottom line is if your car passes the emission standards it shouldn't matter what you have on your car. Modern headers usually have bungs for the O2 sensors so the emissions are in tact (as long as the cats are still there). I want so bad to put headers on my car but won't because of the smog hassle.
